The overall vibe was pleasant—open, light, airy, with many helpful staff and a nice lobby bar. The rooms were very nice, featuring a well‑integrated bathroom, a super comfy bed and pillows, and they were quiet for a good night’s sleep. Coffee options were limited and basic, even in the lounge and restaurant, lacking a proper espresso machine, and the dining choices could have been broader or more western, though that’s typical in Japan.

The steam iron in the room was handy and the stylish sink added a nice touch; the décor felt chic, upscale and clean. I wish there had been a hot‑spring bath.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. We felt warm welcome. They are willing to listen and address my concern about the parking service. They did try their best to accommodate my requests. Truly appreciated the front desk and concierge team. The room maintained high cleanliness standard. Parking space is not enough and I need to wait for 50 mins at the public parking lot on the 1st day. Lucky that the staff are helpful and able to reserve a car park for the remaining 3 days. This extra effort really makes us feel more enjoyable

Because we mentioned our 20‑year wedding anniversary in advance, we were treated to towel art and champagne, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the lack of a bathtub.
