We stayed here for the third year and everything was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The beach is just 5 minutes away, and cafés and shops are nearby. We left with tears in our eyes (Thank you for everything!!!)

The rooms were cozy and spotless, exactly as promised and matching my expectations. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was available, and the hotel owners were warm and welcoming. We left feeling relaxed, with positive emotions and great memories. I really liked the city of Kobuleti and the FRESH Hotel Kobuleti!!! We’d love to return again!!!♥️👍💯

Everything was liked; we stayed with family at the end of July–beginning of August 2026, the place was clean, cozy, and the hosts were decent. The location was excellent, so if I go to Georgia again I’ll try to book a room here. Thanks for the welcome, hope to see you again! There were no downsides to the stay, only a bit of bad weather, but that was just a matter of chance.

The room was spacious, but the bathroom was in bad condition, the water pressure was weak, and it smelled unpleasant coming out of the bathroom.
