The location was very good, but the room wasn’t clean; the bed and floor were full of hair. The bar was very loud until after midnight, and depending on where your room is, it feels like the speaker is next to your bed.

The staff were friendly all the time, and there were some kittens that made everything more tolerable. The inconsistency between what they ask for and what they offer is a problem: their rule says no noise after 11 pm (understandable), yet from the moment you arrive they tell you that on weekends there will be loud noise until the early morning; they also say that if you stain the towels you’ll be charged (understandable), but they gave us very worn and hole‑y towels. Two rooms we stayed in had a drainage smell (one more than the other), both had water leaking from the shower (one more than the other), and one of the rooms had a lot of humidity. They didn’t follow up on the invoice request. I think many things could be improved, because overall the hotel is pretty but maintenance needs attention. Our experience was that we were assigned the first room, which was right next to the kitchen on the terrace, so we heard all the chatter, laughter, and everything happening in the kitchen, plus terrace noise; they kindly moved us to the other room, but even though it was less noisy, it had a very strong drainage odor. Honestly, we would have switched hotels, but we stayed because we only wanted to sleep.
