Getting in was a breeze thanks to the self‑check‑in; a PIN pad at the main entrance and another at the apartment kept everything secure, so I felt safe leaving my valuables while exploring. The lighting worked well even though the unit was in a basement, and the host stocked enough bathroom supplies for the whole stay. Ryan was very friendly and quick to reply in the app, which made finding and entering the place a snap. The spot is super convenient—just a short walk to Tahini’s and Bangla Café, and close to TTC 504 and 121D stops, so rideshares aren’t a must. The only surprise was that apartment bathroom locks aren’t common in Canada, a fact I didn’t know coming from the US, but it didn’t cause any trouble.
