Excellent service, very attentive. Spotless cleaning, great location, sensational breakfast, and excellent value for money.

The location was very good with easy access to the Enxaimel route and Pomerano center. Unfortunately, there were many bats making a lot of noise at night in the ceiling of the room. We also had a lot of trouble regulating the gas shower temperature, which fluctuated between boiling and freezing. Both issues were reported to reception, and they promised to check and fix them.

The breakfast didn't live up to my expectations; I was hoping for a more complete spread as advertised, and the lack of accessibility with many stairs and no elevator was a real drawback.
