The hotel was clean, in a good location, and reasonably priced. I booked three rooms for myself, two grown children, and their families. I asked for two of the rooms to be adjoining, which confused the staff. My wife and I eventually had to change rooms, which was inconvenient, but everything worked out in the end.

The gentleman at the desk was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The overall experience was excellent.

The location was convenient for work. However, I started noticing items falling apart— the bathtub was peeling because it wasn’t resealed properly, the shower head was loose, and the remote switch for the curtain was dangling on the wall. The beds had been downgraded since my last stay, and the breakfast selection had also declined. When I got the bill, I was sent two invoices: the second one was for parking, adding $11.50. I’ve stayed here several times before and it was always in great shape, had good breakfast, was very clean, and never charged for parking. I should have been told about the parking fee, and I don’t see myself staying here again.

We were very pleased with everything. The staff were efficient, friendly, and kind. I can’t think of anything we didn’t like, although the roads in and out were hard to navigate.
