“Ótimo custo benefício.”
Staff and location were good. Parking was an issue.
A spacious room with a King bed and a very good breakfast – nothing else to complain about.
The bathroom was poorly cleaned and there was no disposable shower cap; the TV remote didn't work because it needed a battery, and even after asking for a replacement it never arrived.

I was visiting relatives and friends in Conselheiro Lafaiete. The hotel is close to the places I went to meet people. Breakfast is good. The bed is good and the shower too. We arrived a few minutes before check‑in. The staff was extremely curt and said only “after 14h”, with no courtesy. When we entered the room, the situation worsened: there were no towels or toilet paper. Total neglect. The parking was very tight. Twice, they removed our car from the garage without permission and left it parked on the street, exposed. After breakfast, the room keys were demagnetised and we had to return to reception to sort it out.
They didn't change the towels daily and left the floor uncleaned; the bathroom window latch was broken so the window couldn't open or close, the curtain was damaged, the blanket smelled odd, and there was no hair dryer available for standard rooms – everything I mentioned would have made a difference.
