Nothing. The place was dirty, the furniture was old, the air conditioning was noisy, there was no water in the bathroom, and I couldn’t take a shower.

The room was spacious. There was no light in the bathroom, and when we arrived at 23:00 we had to pay 50 reais for reception.

Funcionários, localização e colchões, roupas de cama e banho ótimos. No apto 13, muito pequeno para um casal, pois não tinha, cabides, não tinha mesa e nem cadeira. E não tinha lugar para colocar as malas. Banheiro não tinha um lugar para pendurar as toalhas e lavatório um pouco alto fora do padrão de altura

The place is well‑located, reasonably priced, and the owner Terezinha is very warm. The atmosphere feels cozy, and the bed and pillow are excellent. However, some items need fixing: the shower has a leak on top, the bathroom trash can is cracked, the bathroom glass door is missing glass and has termites, there are no outlets near the bed, and the glass on the doors and windows lets in too much light at night and early morning, disrupting sleep. The dog barks before 6 am. Other than that, everything is fine.
