The building is getting old, and there was a musty water‑scale smell in the bathroom. There are few restaurants or convenience stores around the hotel.

The hotel’s proximity to Matsunomi Station made it convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I could relax in the large bath, and there were no particular issues.

フロントの対応が、特に子どもに声をかけるなどの対応が、よかった。. スクランブルエッグが昨年１０月に来た以前の食感が違った。 511号室の禁煙室の宿泊だったが、なんだかタバコ臭さを感じた。

I was looking forward to using the public bath, but was told on arrival that it wasn’t accessible, so I never got to soak in the hot tub. I’d like a refund for the portion of the price that covers the bath, or at least a clear notice at booking stating when it won’t be usable. I’m really disappointed.
