A 2‑minute walk to Bilbao Cathedral, 1.9 km to Guggenheim, and proximity to the Funicular de Artxanda, Abando station, and airport make it a convenient, unique choice for travelers.

The host was friendly. Despite the apparently complicated entrance, getting in was actually simple. Staying in the old town was a pleasant vibe. I liked the staircase inside with its museum‑style wood paneling. The room was spacious. The area is full of restaurants and cafés. The lack of an elevator to the fourth floor was a drawback. The metal bed frame is a barrier for tall people. A wardrobe was missing.

De locatie, de rust in het penaion, mooie kamer. Nette badkamers om te delen. Wij vonden het in 1e instantie lastig om te vinden en binnen te komen

The place was well‑situated and clean. We had to pay an extra €20 for late check‑in, which was frustrating because it wasn’t clear on the booking page. The beds felt like camping mattresses. €80 was too much for what we got.
