Thaís was a real gem – super friendly and helpful. But the rest? The room wasn’t clean, the sheet was ripped, the bed was hard, and the pool was closed without any heads‑up. There’s no front desk, just one staff member, and the breakfast costs an extra R$49.90 a pop. Getting to the beach is a rough walk on a dirt road.
