The staff were polite and responded very quickly! I was shocked when I opened the cabinet under the sink to stash a hair dryer, but otherwise everything was fine.

The price was cheap and the place was clean 😊 The shared area’s trash cans were full of garbage, though.

The room was spacious and a good deal, but room 102 had a damp smell that was a bit tough to handle; fabric refresher didn’t help. Overall the room was wide and the price was good.

Apart from the stay fee, there was a cleaning fee that made things confusing. When I chose the hotel, the cleaning fee hadn’t appeared yet, but after selecting TOMO Hotel the fee finally showed up; the explanation wasn’t detailed, so I assumed the cleaning cost was included in the room rate and only realized the extra charge after paying. By that time, refunds were no longer possible for that time slot.
