“Tolles Lage, schönes Ambiente und absolut einen Aufenthalt wert”

The owners are very friendly and accommodating; we could communicate well in German and English. The breakfast was beautifully presented and there was nothing missing. Our room, shower, toilet, and the breakfast room were clean and tidy. Keep in mind this is a small houseboat with mini rooms, so there is no comfort or space, but the ambience is great. The location is superb—within a 10‑minute walk to the main train station. The beds were extremely narrow and short, but that didn’t ruin our stay.

“Unique and lovely stay in Amsterdam ⚓️”

Staying on the Anna Maria II for two nights in Amsterdam was a wonderful experience. Breakfast—bread, fruit, orange juice, tea, and coffee—was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were very friendly. The dining area felt cozy, and the rooms were warm with bedding and towels provided. The cabin was small but had everything we needed! As expected with a small cabin on a boat, there wasn’t much space to stand when we had to open our suitcase, and the proximity to the showers sometimes made the air feel damp or humid, but these were minor hiccups. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I wouldn’t let these details stop you from booking!

“Perfect boat experience”

I liked the idea of sleeping on a boat, even though it isn’t as comfortable as a hotel, it’s a different experience. The breakfast was very good. The location is phenomenal, close to the train station and the city center. The only thing that bothered me was that there are no outlets in the cabins, probably to avoid fires, so you have to charge your phone in the common area. I recommend bringing an external battery.

The ship was beautifully managed by two friendly people. There were so many people at breakfast that I couldn’t believe how quiet it had been overnight.
