The location is excellent, the setting is very pretty and unusual, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The staff aren’t very friendly.

The location was great, close to all the must‑see sights. Quirky, arty hotel tastefully decorated.
The spot was perfect and the décor was spectacular. Ml. Taking a shower in a bathtub made it hard to keep the floor dry.

The location is truly great, very central and ideal for walking around Florence. For this spot, the value for money was really good. The hotel itself is nice and has charm. Some parts could be kept nicer or renovated. Because of the very central location it’s expected to be relatively loud. What bothered me most was the air‑conditioning or ventilation in the room, which was really loud at night. With noise‑cancelling headphones it was ultimately okay for me.
