I enjoyed the large open restaurant and the game room next to the swimming area for the kids. The hot tub wasn’t very hot, and the chairs in the game room were cold and wet; perhaps wipeable chairs would be better with the water so close.

Everything was great. The floor 5 was very loud.

The transfer to the airport was included. They only speak Spanish.

The room was spotless and super comfortable, and the bed was amazing. A wider selection of healthy snacks would be a nice addition.
