Hotel Royal Look

I was really impressed with the exceptional hospitality and cooperation I received from Harish ji during my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and his efforts did not go unnoticed. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the room that weren't addressed, but overall, the service was top-notch.

The location of this hotel was its only redeeming quality, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to make up for the numerous issues I encountered. Despite my complaints, the room was only cleaned after I pointed out the dirt, and the washroom was far from satisfactory, with a leaky jet spray and overall poor maintenance. The staff didn't seem to care about addressing these problems, which was really disappointing.

“Was good in terms of proximity to my place of work”

While I appreciated the hotel's good location, I was surprised to find that there was no breakfast available, which was a major inconvenience. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room and facilities was lacking, with no hooks to hang clothes and no mugs in the washroom. The tap in the bathroom was also not functioning properly, which was frustrating. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that could have been improved with some basic amenities and attention to detail.

“Not good for families”

My stay at this hotel was a disaster from the start. The lack of windows and ventilation made the room feel claustrophobic and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no hot water available, and the food options were non-existent. The dirty toilet and old linen were a major turn-off, and the poor location didn't help, especially since it was raining. The noise from outside the room was also a significant issue, keeping me awake the entire night.
