The stay was incredible and special, with a special dedication to Nastasia who made our family stay pleasant.

The staff were unbelievably helpful. Anastasia introduced all the amenities and gave outstanding recommendations for activities. Xiaoxiao Jiaolian and Kelly went above and beyond for any staff I have ever met when it comes to working with children. They arranged for our two kids (son with special needs) to climb a palm tree and go snorkeling. The restaurants were amazing. Breakfast was one of the best I have had, and the pool house restaurant’s local style chicken was unbelievable. Everything was really perfect, so I can’t think of anything negative.

The hotel was simply excellent. During our time in Sanya, we moved between several locations, and this hotel rightfully earned first place. The secluded grounds have strict checks on the perimeter, and without a booking confirmation they won’t let you in. The layout and design are stunning, with art pieces and a refined landscape to admire. Live music plays in the evenings. The beach is probably the best on the resort, with white sand and calm turquoise waters. There are plenty of loungers, towels, and water. The large, comfortable pool is shaded by trees. The room was very appealing—large, stylish, well thought out, and clean. Tea, a capsule coffee machine, a minibar with refills, welcome fruits, desserts, and a bottle of wine were provided. The mattress and pillows were excellent. The breakfasts were varied and tasty, especially for lovers of local cuisine, but even non-locals won’t leave hungry. Communication with staff—though very friendly—was slightly problematic, as is common in China, but recently a staff member named Anastasia appeared, who helped with information and communication from check‑in to check‑out. We recommend the hotel for those seeking a peaceful stay with maximum comfort and coziness. Check‑in was slightly delayed by 30–40 minutes, but this was handled with a touch of charm: we waited in a special calm zone with good coffee and tasty desserts, and time passed unnoticed.
