I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to for this place because it’s so special. I truly felt at home, even extended my stay because it was so lovely. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, everything was impeccably clean, showers were hot, the views were beautiful, the room was lovely and the bed was comfy—everything was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I loved everything!

The hotel is very well located, right next to the main street. There’s a stunning view from the terrace. The rooms are comfortable, and the kitchenette is nice for avoiding restaurants at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Claudio and Rossana were excellent hosts, always ready to help, friendly and approachable. The terrace is very pleasant with a gorgeous sunset view. The place is clean and cozy. It’s a 5‑minute walk from Calle Caracoles. The only thing I’d improve is the pillows, which were too high; otherwise everything was fantastic.

The room is spacious, with a mini‑kitchen and dining area. There’s also a shared kitchen. The common area is very pleasant with a view of Licancabur. All is fine.

Cláudio and Rossana were very friendly and flexible, welcoming and receptive. Our transfer was after check‑out, and they let us leave our bags at the hostel until we left. The place is clean, organized, and offers a beautiful view of the Licancabur volcano in the back. My wife appreciated that there was a hair dryer for women. The bed is comfortable and the shower heats well, as it’s gas‑heated. Everything was great.
