I liked the location and the value; renewing my French residency here was a breeze and the spot sits right between the rail station and town, plus the room stays quiet at night. Nothing major to complain about – it’s a solid value hotel.

The owner was incredibly generous and helpful, making this a real gem; the property itself is good and the location great, but his willingness to assist with anything makes it a find!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bed was decent. The hotel urgently needs a renovation inside and out; the restaurant and bar were dimmed with curtains and shut. The bathroom was almost dirty and in dire need of refurbishment. The location is close to the city center but essentially in a commercial area.

The proximity to the train station was just a 3‑minute walk, and breakfast was fine. The bed was quite hard.

The cleaning made the oldness feel less obvious. The place really needs a fresh overhaul, especially the bathrooms.
