The lady was very kind, helpful, and quick to reply to WhatsApp messages, answering all our questions. The hotel offers a great motorcycle/scooter rental service and you can also book guides for activities. The location is superb, close to the port and several good local restaurants. The garden and terrace are a big plus!

The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the supermarket and the port. The staff were very kind and helpful. The garden was very nice. The room was clean and the beds were made well. However, the kitchen and cooking utensils were dirty and damaged. The fridge and sink smelled like spoiled fish. The only spoon available was a single-use plastic one. In the room it was very hot; without a fan it was unbearable, and the windows could not be closed but had no screens, so many insects flew in.

We arrived and were offered a room at another of their hostels, which was very nice! The room we had available at Casa Bonita didn’t have a window. The staff were very friendly, and the hostels we stayed at had a lovely patio with hammocks to relax. The only issue was the shower tap – it just needed to be replaced. Everything else was impeccable. The room was super comfortable with a fan.
