I liked everything. The comfort was amazing! The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Kudos to the whole team, and don’t change anything. Nothing to add.

Its location and cleanliness were great. Mango Grove Pearl culture. The ground needs to mature.

The food was excellent and very affordable compared to other places I visited near Kolkata. Even though the hotel is quite far from Kolkata, I’d consider going again just for the food at Moti Mahal, the hotel restaurant. The hotel is very new—it opened only two months ago—so the rooms and linens were exceptionally clean, which I really appreciated. The rooms are modern and well equipped with contemporary amenities. The electricity frequently goes on and off, and the Wi‑Fi speed is not very good; sometimes there is no Wi‑Fi at all, so I wouldn’t recommend it for work, only for leisure. Another issue was the breakfast menu: I have trouble eating white flour, and all the breads were made from white flour, with no options like atta or brown bread, so I couldn’t enjoy breakfast as much as the other meals.
