The pools were very clean and the overall areas were tidy. You could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, and because a group of young students was staying there, the noise was quite loud.

The accommodations were comfortable, the staff were very friendly, we also had a massage and a facial that were excellent and highly recommendable; the facilities were very clean, including the bathrooms and pools, and the pools had warm water. On the downside, there are other options at the same price with better views and more interesting features, the food was decent but not up to the level of Michoacan cuisine, lacked flavor, and the menu was very limited; I wouldn’t recommend it for couples, but it could be a good choice if you’re traveling with family.
