The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great. The room stayed spotless and was cleaned daily. There are plenty of shops and a mall nearby, and the old town is about a 25‑minute walk away, so it’s worth it if you really want to stay there. Nothing about the hotel was lacking.

I enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Blue Hanoi Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, providing everything needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was also very clean. Staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help whenever I needed anything. The location is convenient for getting around Hanoi, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Breakfast was good and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was quiet and comfortable. For the price, it offers excellent value. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Hanoi.

I had a very pleasant stay at Blue Hanoi Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was a highlight, offering delicious Vietnamese-style dishes, fresh fruit, eggs, and noodles. Everything was freshly prepared, and I really enjoyed experiencing authentic local flavours in the morning. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The location was also convenient, with many cafés, restaurants, and local shops nearby. Overall, Blue Hanoi Hotel is a great choice for comfortable rooms, warm service, and a tasty Vietnamese breakfast. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to other travellers visiting Hanoi
