The room was very spacious and the staff were helpful and friendly. The building feels old and run‑down; one night the key didn’t work because the door magnet’s battery needed replacing, and the overcharge took forever to resolve. The pool bar was closed, though that was due to the weather.

The location is great, just a few blocks from the action. The decor has a cool art‑deco vibe and the bar is nice for happy hour. The restaurant looked appealing, but we didn’t eat there. The rooftop pool was nice, but it rained and was overcast during our stay. Our room was very spacious and the shower was excellent. All good.

The accommodation was pleasantly spacious. It wasn’t always tidy and I had to call up there. I sent four emails trying to get the bill, and called twice.

It’s close to every place you want to see or visit. The staff are very polite, courteous and accommodating. It’s not a negative review, but the elevator’s interior could use a renovation.
