The bathtub water wouldn’t drain on its own.

Breakfast was great and the location was good. The hot tub was great. One staff member was not (cat) ESA friendly. I called about the sink taking a long time to drain, but nobody ever came to look at it.

The place was pretty clean and the free breakfast was pretty good, and there’s a small bar on the backside called Harmaritas that I liked, plus the owner was nice. But the poolside rooms are pretty small, especially if you’re traveling with more than two people, the TV was non‑functional, and there’s nothing for kids to do except swim in the pool.

The hot tub was the only highlight. I found dried blood and a big hole in our comforter, the floor in our room stayed wet the whole stay, and the room smelled like musty mold. The pool needed cleaning, our remote wouldn’t stay on, the beds were not very comfy and the pillows sucked. My list could go on, and overall the hotel is nowhere near a 4‑star stay.
