The hotel was well located and very pretty! It was clean and the staff were truly attentive! The pool was a big plus on very hot days! I recommend it 100%!
The spot was great, surrounded by vineyards, but the room was tiny and the beds were uncomfortable. The shower was open and left the whole bathroom wet. The carpet could use a makeover and there was no TV remote. Still, the restaurant offered many options, the food was tasty and reasonably priced, and the staff were friendly.
The location, the pool, the food. Although I received a 25 Euro compensation, I was disappointed not to get the room I had reserved. When booking a specific room, it is with the expectation of staying in that exact room, so it was not a matter of money for me. Additionally, I found the service levels lacking, particularly during the evening shift. The staff did not seem fully focused or sufficiently professional, and appeared somewhat unwelcoming. It seems they might be understaffed and overworked. As for the room itself, there were several maintenance issues. The lighting was very poor—there was no mirror light in either the bathroom or the bedroom. The sink drain was clogged (I tried to unblock it myself, but couldn't), and the showerhead was leaking from the sides, spraying water everywhere it shouldn't. Also, given that the hotel has a pool, there should definitely be a drying rack for wet towels and swimsuits, but there wasn't one. Lastly, basic amenities were not properly replenished—we were left completely without toilet paper on both Friday and Sunday morning. I didn't report these additional problems during my stay because, after the initial discussion about the wrong room, I didn't want to deal with further confrontations. The initial issue wasn't handled well and it was made to feel as if it were my fault. I just didn't want the extra stress of complaining about clogged drains, broken showers, or missing toilet paper
