I spent three wonderful days at B&B Sottoalfico, a place created from a large, beautiful family villa. Part of it is reserved for the fantastic hosts, Federica and Federico, while the rest has been finely renovated to welcome guests in a unique atmosphere. The villa sits in a marvelous garden full of plants and a meticulously cared‑for orchard. This green space is not only beautiful but also the heart of the breakfasts: Federica and Federico, both passionate cooks, personally prepare delicious dishes every morning from fresh, local ingredients sourced from their orchard and garden. The location is simply ideal: perched on the hills just outside Rimini, the resort offers a cool, pleasant climate and restorative silence, far from the bustle of the coast, yet still reachable in a few minutes by car. It’s also a perfect base for visiting the medieval villages in the area, like Gradara and Montebello, just twenty minutes away. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and completely immersed in greenery, with a garden view that hides any other houses. All rooms have air conditioning and a large bathroom. A note of merit for the attention to detail: the supply of accessories (bathrobes, slippers, drinks) is generous and refined. Whether you seek absolute relaxation or a quiet retreat after a day at the beach or a glamorous evening, this is the perfect spot. The courtesy, availability, and personalized attention of the owners make the stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely return! On the downside, I normally find flaws in the places I visit, but in this case I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like about B&B Sottoalfico.
