Excellent location, a supermarket is a 10‑minute walk away. Spotlessly clean! The room is very small, but fully functional and offers great value. Nothing to point out!

I didn’t sleep there; I booked another place instead. Don’t go there! The owners’ attitude was awful—three of them: two men and a loud, older woman who had no sense of customer service. I checked in, only to find the room had no window, no fan, and no air conditioning. I told them this was unacceptable and they told me to just sleep with the door open. The balcony was shared too. I was forced to find a different room at 7:00 PM, which was extremely disappointing. He even refused to refund the money. I wouldn’t sleep in a room like that even for free.

Very nice house, spacious studio, best location. Very quiet area, plenty of greenery, mountain view from the terrace. Very friendly and welcoming host family. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Small kitchen in the apartment, separate communal kitchen, fully equipped. Very good coffee. Several thermal baths in the area. Ideal base for hiking; the Seven Rila Lakes are breathtaking. Highly recommend. Thank you very much.

We did a four‑day hike and arrived in Sapareva Banya on the last day. The property matched our expectations and had a nice balcony. The woman who lives there doesn’t speak much English but was very kind! We could make coffee and use the kitchen.
