I stayed in a spacious room that was centrally located, but it wasn’t a real suite. There was no table or chair for work, only 3 of the 6 ceiling lamps worked so the room stayed dim, towels were damp and smelled musty, there were no suitable hangers for pants (only shirt hangers), the bedding was uncomfortable, and the “complimentary snack” was misleading—only coffee was actually offered.

The location was great and the room was quiet. We misread the photos and thought we’d have access to an outdoor area, but only one room actually has one. The “Romantic” room was very dark. There are three apps on the phone to access the building; you need Wi‑Fi to log in and out. The interior door often wouldn’t work, but after pressing the buzzer you could get in. One day I forgot my phone, couldn’t get in, and had to walk to my husband’s room so he could let me in. If you’re not tech‑savvy this isn’t for you—though we were in a group and only one person had an apartment key, the rest even in hotels had access codes.

The location, modern room, and high‑quality equipment were great. The phone‑key system required time to find a network to enter the hotel, and the Wi‑Fi wasn’t very good.

The location is very good. The app to unlock the gate, reception, and then the room was awful. We were nervous arriving five minutes before check‑in and couldn’t get through the gate. You have to be very observant of instructions because you must connect to their network BEFORE you go through the door to Remia Suites; once inside, there’s no internet and you can’t leave or enter your room. You’re locked in and have to use the app to get in and out through three doors. It’s uncomfortable to connect to an uncontrolled Wi‑Fi, which is a security risk. The reception’s response to a simple, reasonable question about how to reach the rooftop terrace we saw in pictures was unsatisfactory and not friendly. The terrace apparently only has one special room out of four available.
