L accueil de Massi est exceptionnel Nous le remercions pour son professionnalisme et sa sympathie. La situation de l hotel au top. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel. Un petit bémol pour le choix des chambres. Un petit conseil choisir une chambre supérieure

Breakfast was more than good. The location is strategic: a 10‑minute walk to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, and 5 minutes to the Grand Bazaar. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and the cleaning service is excellent. I have no complaints, but I didn’t give the maximum comfort score because the superior room was a bit small; my daughter, staying in a superior with a terrace, had much more space.

The hotel’s location is excellent; the sights are within walking distance. The breakfast is fine and plentiful. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. I’d especially highlight the amazing cleaning – it’s impressive how perfectly tidy they keep everything. ❤️
