The units were excellent and the staff friendly, but the Kai Mook beach was terrible.

The view was amazing and hearing the waves each night was a treat; the pool view of the ocean was spectacular too. The rooms were spacious, each with its own front porch, and the staff were extremely kind and let me rent a motorcycle from them. It’s really close to a giant supermarket and close enough to everything you need, yet far enough to have a peaceful stay. All good!

Overall it’s pretty nice, but the beach is practically inaccessible and the pool wasn’t working.

Top value for a spacious place—good facilities and friendly staff. I only stayed one night but would definitely recommend it for a budget traveller. The location is remote from bars and restaurants; Big C shopping is nearby but you need a scooter to get around.
