Amazing property amazing grounds amazing staff and I had an amazing sleep! I rarely sleep well but this place is so relaxing. Just be prepared to climb around 100 steps to reach the rooms but that’s part of the magic of the place, this isn’t a negative comment

The view was stunning and the facilities were solid, but the location isn’t great for dining or sightseeing, so I’d suggest renting one of their scooters to get around.

The surroundings were pretty, but the shower was very mild and mostly cold.

The place was close to the Halfmoon Festival and cute in the jungle, yet towels were missing in room 204, the shower heater in room 202 only reached the highest setting, no cold water was available, and the curtain rods in room 202 snapped at the ends.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its stunning view, homemade jacuzzi, and exceptional service. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. However, the outdoor areas were not well-maintained, which was a shame. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its amenities and service, but they need to work on keeping the outdoor spaces clean.
