The staff were pleasant. However, there was a long wait for someone to man the desk during both check‑in and check‑out.

The staff were very nice, and Luella in particular went above and beyond. The curtains in our room were sheer, and the heavier curtains on the sides couldn’t be drawn to the middle to block light. Early‑morning sun flooded the room, and the parking lot lights shone on us all night, making it hard to sleep.

The hotel was clean and updated, the breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful. There was a bit more freeway noise than I expected.

“I was hung up on twice very very rude”

Nothing positive. The front‑desk person, Craig, hung up on me twice on the day I checked out, which was very rude. The manager called to cover for the behavior, but managers usually stand right there and listen to how their employees talk to guests. Managers are the ring leaders of the circus; they never really help at all, and the fake niceness to cover up rudeness is getting old.

“We enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay there again.”

I was thrilled with the breakfast spread, especially the easy temperature control and the handy hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The staff were incredibly friendly, but I couldn't read the labels on the sugar packets—one was pink, the other yellow—and even the lady beside me struggled. I also wished there was ice in the food area, and it was annoying that the TV stayed on when we entered the room.
