Incredible staff, warm welcome, property as described in the listing, excellent location and attention to detail is outstanding. Loved every part of our stay and even extended it to enjoy more. Two weeks in the UK and this has been by far the stand out place to be

The bar and restaurant were great, with good service and tasty food, and being across from the train station made it super convenient; the rooms were very well equipped and extra clean, so I recommend this hotel. The downside was that the rooms are upstairs and there’s no elevator.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Richmond, directly opposite the train station; however, the hotel sits above a pub, which was understandably noisy.

Clean, tidy, good location, and I enjoyed my stay here. I left something in the room and they didn’t bother responding to my message about it, which put a damper on the stay.

The location was great and the staff were so friendly, but there should be more tea and milk available to grab at reception.
