The privacy concept they use is amazing—10 out of 10! The only downside was that the breakfast lacked a bolillo or tortillas, and a bit of noise seeped into the room, though it was still very quiet and clean.

The location was good, but the rooms had poor ventilation, were close to a smoking area, and the lighting came from a lamp with an uncomfortable dimmer.

I definitely didn’t like it at all; the place was damp, the ceiling had fallen pieces that made it feel neglected and uncomfortable, and the construction noise from the remodeling was loud. The bathroom had mold, the ceiling was wet, the towels were torn, the mattress was hard, and they didn’t provide pillows. The price was very high for what was offered—promoted at 1,200 MXN but I ended up paying nearly 2,000 MXN. There are better options in the area for that price, so it was a huge mistake and a horrible experience. Worst of all, it was a loss of money with no refund or compensation.

Only the location was good. The shared bathrooms mean you have to leave the room to go to the bathroom, and it feels like a house turned into a hotel, but right now it’s neither a proper house nor a hotel; the staff in the morning greet you in pajamas.
