Breakfast was handled with great care and was even more thoughtful than I expected, and the facility was exceptionally clean and well maintained. However, the acoustics could be better; the interior materials are hard and not sound‑resistant, so hallway chatter is audible and I even heard a neighboring room’s occupants having sex at night.

The house is 7 or 8 minutes from the airport, private, very clean and comfortable—ideal for an overnight stay before continuing the trip. The welcome was friendly, though only in Italian, which was understandable in Rome. Breakfast was hearty and good, and I recommend it.

Parking is easy and safe, the hosts are nice, and breakfast is good. The room is great, quiet and comfortable. The location is remote, not near anything, so you’ll need a car to get around and it’s a bit hard to find.
