Didi Hotel Sapanca

“Velmi příjemný hotel.”

The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was clean and the bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The only issue was the daytime music in the common areas; it was loud enough to be heard in the rooms.

“خيالي”

Everything was literally perfect – the restaurant, breakfast, pool, reception, and the staff were all helpful, and the location is a short walk to Baghdad Street. It’s a luxurious yet simple place, and I’d definitely return for another stay. Those were the best two days of my life.

Super hotel!

The pool was the only thing that worked. I had booked three rooms, but when we got them, the rooms were infested with ants. The front desk said they’d clean them, but the ants appeared again, especially on the beds when we woke up. We didn’t eat anything inside the rooms, but when I told the front desk again, an elderly woman with white hair came to see the rooms and started shouting at us. Because I understood Turkish, I realized she was saying we were lying and that we hadn’t changed rooms, and that we were eating outside the rooms. She was rude and unprofessional, and the hotel clearly doesn’t care about guests’ comfort. Valleria, Daria, and Mr. Akram were all kind and helped convince the old lady to swap our rooms. We come every summer, but I won’t stay here again.

“لن أكرر السكن فيه”

It’s okay. There were frequent power outages, no service, and no kettle.
