There was no positive to mention. The entrance hall lights kept flickering on and off all night, making it impossible to get any sleep; the lights weren’t automatic and never stayed off. After a single shower the bathroom turned into a flood, and the parking situation was terrible. This was my first trip to Suwon and I doubt I’ll return.

The hotel was clean, the room spacious, the staff friendly, and parking was free. However, the mattress was far too firm, and the pool required a time‑slot reservation for private use – only three slots were available each day and they were already fully booked two days in advance, so we couldn’t use it.
