The location was good, but there was a lot of noise and little service.

“While reasonable in price, we would not come back because of the noise and no hot water.”

They didn’t offer breakfast, even though it was listed in the booking, and the afternoon manager demanded I show the page that mentioned it; we only received coffee, juice, toast, or cereal. The hotel seemed new, but it felt like no one else was staying there. It sits next to the busy freeway between Cabo San Jose and Cabo, so it was loud day and night. On our third day the water tank broke, so we had no hot water that day and the next morning when we left, and the staff did nothing to help. The staff were nice, but you should remove them from your website until they sort out these problems.

The staff were excellent, especially Angel who helped me with my forgotten wallet and sent it to the airport, showing superb care.

“Disappointed in the lack of amenities for the price”

I slept here, but the access was bad, there was no fridge, breakfast was basically nothing, no coffee, no microwave.
