Cozy and spacious with sophisticated décor, the staff were attentive and lovely, and the little taxis outside were handy. We all slept well and enjoyed a watermelon thanks to the fridge and knife in the riad. The bathtub wouldn’t hold water, the drain plug didn’t seal properly, the kitchen couldn’t be used, there was no iron to avoid fire, and we had to go to a dry‑cleaner.

The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and close to the tourist centre; the private terrace was a bonus. The bathroom was unconventional, lacking a door, requiring a descent to the floor without leaving the room, and the ventilation was somewhat lacking, though there was something to cover the sink leak (not very annoying). I’d suggest owners install anti‑mosquito devices; we left feeling a bit bitten. It’s a traditional riad with friendly staff. The bathroom smell and mosquitoes were the only negatives.

A very classic riad with a patio where meals are served, beautiful furniture and décor, tea offered upon arrival, and it’s just outside the medina entrance. The bottled water we were given was chlorinated—probably not mineral water! A pity for a riad of this level. The staircase is very narrow and steep, the bathtub is made of zéliges and not very practical, a touch of renovation would help, and the description on booking needs updating (for example, there’s no kettle in the room—beach??). The advertised parking is the hospital’s, small, inconvenient, and often full, and the guard isn’t friendly.

The building is gorgeous, the room was spotlessly clean, and the owner was very available.

We went with family, and the rooms were huge, comfy, and quiet. The location is amazing right next to the medina. Thanks to our host for being so kind and giving great advice.
