The room space, the hotel’s extensive greenery, and the staff’s willingness to help were positives. There was a bad smell in the room, no solution was found. Insects were present in the room all day, the pool was dirty and uninviting with bugs, and the mattress was hard and very uncomfortable.

The property is very beautiful, surrounded by greenery and definitely high‑level. The rooms and bathrooms are really nice and functional. I found a lot of neglect in the most important details like the pool and surrounding area. We had no grab to accompany us on our pre‑booked excursion, so we stayed at the hotel all day, and for about two hours the power went out. Nothing worked, and no staff bothered to warn us, give updates, or offer any compensation for the inconvenience. We went several times to ask for updates, which is especially disappointing for a property of this level. The services offered, such as private taxis or spa, have very high costs for Thailand.

It was quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. We were told we had pool view/access, but we couldn’t use the pool near our suite, which was misleading. The pool we could access was a bit dirty and had many missing tiles, so we were worried about cutting our feet.

The property is pretty and relaxing, especially for couples. We stayed during the rainy season when it’s hot and a swim sounds nice, but the pool water was too dirty to swim in. My kid broke a soap dispenser and I was charged 900 baht, a wild price for what it was and about a third of what I paid per night. The charge seemed petty and unreasonable.
