The staff were really pleasant and went out of their way to help us, plus we could do laundry on site which was super convenient. Our room was decent, everything was tidy and clean.

Elizabeth was incredibly friendly – we loved being able to chat with her, and her breakfasts were seriously tasty. The room was spotless and the public areas felt just as clean and comfortable. The only downside was the street outside, which had a lot of homeless people; the staff assured us it was safe (and it was), but you do get asked for money sometimes.

Everything was fine overall, but we’re not cat people and the two cats would start meowing loudly as soon as we stepped into the kitchen, which was a bit annoying.
