“Great”

Everything was perfect. Nothing was lacking.

Breakfast was fine. The location was acceptable.

The spot was right in the middle of town, and the front desk guy who signed me in was really polite and kind, juggling a lot of tasks at once and clearly could use more help. When I walked into my room, the hallways were covered in trash—dirty Q‑tips, tissues, and other bits everywhere. The room itself wasn’t spotless either: a strange stain on the couch, bathroom floors that looked and felt dirty, and marks on the table surfaces. I only stayed for one night, so I didn’t raise a complaint. At checkout, no one was at the counter; I waited there for ten minutes, rang the “ring for assistance” bell three times, but got nothing. Eventually I peeked into the kitchen area and learned the front desk attendant had gone out on an errand. It seems this place might not have enough staff to run the hotel smoothly.

“1st room not cleaned and the 2nd room had roaches!”

The location was good. It was nasty! Our 1st room had not been vacuumed because there was a pair of men’s shoes left in the floor and the tub drain had a big clog of hair in it. Our 2nd room seemed clean until 11:30 pm when we found roaches all over the counter, coffee maker, and walls. No refund yet!

“I wasn’t satisfied at all with my room.”

The staff were very friendly, but the bathroom was dirty and the sheets on the bed had stains.
