The location was perfect because it was close to the highway. It was comfortable. We did not have breakfast. The reception was lacking.

The location was very good, close to the highway but without the noise. The view of the Puys chain was lovely.

Chambre très mal isolée. La douche laissait à désirer, un rafraîchissement s'impose. Pas bcp de choix au petit déjeuner C'était ma 2ème dans un BBhotel, je n'y retournerai plus

The location was fine. The reception was problematic: arriving at 21:30, the person at the desk could understand but the computer for check‑in outside was broken, so I had to resolve the issue with the hotline to access my room. It seemed to be a nightly problem because the previous guest was also blocked. I waited 15–20 minutes outside for the kiosk to become available, for the line to open, and for the processing time. The room was simple, but that’s all we asked for. However, it was booked for two and only one set of towels was prepared, and the same for the pillow; it was stored elsewhere, so that was a bit inconvenient. The shower/toilet door was broken, so it couldn’t close, which ruined the privacy of the toilet. The shower doors didn’t open fully, and the parking spaces were extremely tight. It was nowhere near the quality of other B&Bs at similar prices.
