I paid a high price for the nights but the breakfast was offered outside the hotel and not included in the room rate. The place is expensive but reasonable. There really isn’t a proper pool—just a small pool on the rooftop. The shuttle is overpriced, and the hotel offers no in‑house services, no ironing, and no breakfast. The TV struggles to connect to the Wi‑Fi, the bathroom isn’t separated from the sleeping area, and there’s no interesting view. I booked a suite but it turned out to be just a single room, yet the price was that of a suite.

The location is great, provided you know you’ll need a car to reach all the beaches. The small town in central Ibiza is nice for grabbing a beer and a bite in the evenings.

“Great location for exploring all sides of the island by car”

The hotel was very quiet and the staff were extremely friendly. It sits in an excellent area, 25 minutes from everything, with great restaurants within walking distance.

“Perfect for a stay in the heart of Sta Gertrudis”

The spot is in the heart of the town, and we liked relaxing by the small rooftop pool and cabanas. There are lovely bars a short walk away, and a bus stop makes getting to and from Ibiza town easy. Like everywhere in Ibiza, prices are a bit too high, and the hotel wasn’t full in peak season, which says a lot.

“The only hotel in Santa Gertrudis, good location but flawed”

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were nicely decorated and spacious. The location was great, right in the village with plenty of walking‑distance attractions. However, even my upper‑floor room was EXTREMELY LOUD; the street noise was crystal clear, every car door slam and every word spoken below and in the hallway could be heard. The rooms are NOT sound‑insulated at all, which is completely unacceptable for a four‑star claim. There was no coffee or tea facility, no bathrobes, and the communal coffee glasses hadn’t been cleaned. No on‑site restaurant or café was available. The beds felt like sleeping on a wooden floor, the pool area was a bit dirty, and the shower was smack in the middle of the bedroom with zero privacy. The layout was weird and the noise issue made the stay feel far below a four‑star standard.
