We really enjoyed our stay; the room was spotless, cozy, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, warm, and always ready to help. Service was superb, the atmosphere calm and pleasant, and we felt right at home. Thanks for your kindness and professionalism. Nothing to complain about—everything was perfect.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Sauraha, thanks to its ideal location and the warm hospitality of the staff, who were always eager to help. The beautiful garden was a lovely spot to relax, and the owners were friendly and welcoming. However, I did notice a few minor issues, but overall, my experience was very positive.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some excellent aspects and a few drawbacks. On the plus side, the location was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, and the greenery surrounding the hotel was stunning. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no intercom system to connect with reception or the restaurant, which made it difficult to get assistance when I needed it.

The place was spotless, one of those spots you don’t realize is so good until you write a review! Finally a stocked mini bar—brilliant. The towel holder was on the wrong side of the bathroom, and there was no phone in the room to contact room service or reception.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel, which offered a tranquil atmosphere, comfortable beds, and a beautiful garden with hammocks perfect for relaxation. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the owner, who went above and beyond to arrange a bus ticket for me, even when the hotel was fully booked, and then personally drove me to the bus station.
