There was a wide selection at the breakfast buffet, but the service was very slow; to get a second cup of tea or coffee (hot water and a tea bag), you had to wait between 15 to 30 minutes, even after many reminders. The breakfast and dinner service were lacking.

I liked the welcome and the friendliness of the staff. The location was perfect. The décor was very pretty. The rooms were very large.

The hotel was impeccable – beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask for, and the food was thoughtful and delicious. The concierge arranged a morning padel session next to the hotel and an excursion to the Agafay desert, both of which were brilliant. Thank you, Park Hyatt, for an excellent stay.
