The location was very beautiful, quiet, and panoramic, just a short distance from San Pellegrino, making it very convenient for the thermal baths; it was a true B&B. We were welcomed with kindness, and when we visited the owners' home we smelled fresh cake baking, which we enjoyed at breakfast the next morning.

The owners are super friendly and kind! The homemade cake breakfast was really great! The property is a bit dated but very charming, set in a truly wonderful landscape! The place is quiet and welcoming! There are some turns to get there, but it’s doable, and the property has some parking, so that’s great.

“Ok”

The room was cozy, beautiful, and clean, with a small balcony offering a splendid view of the mountains and surrounding hills. Another truly appreciated aspect was the absolute silence, both inside the property and in the surroundings, making this place ideal for those who want to relax and escape daily routine. Unfortunately, despite the many positive features of the property, the welcome felt rather cold and not very warm. From the moment we arrived, we sensed we were guests more out of obligation than pleasure. An incident that left us puzzled happened during breakfast. Two tables were set up, one smaller and one larger, each with two cups. We arrived at 9:30 and breakfast ended at 10. We thought no other guests were eating and settled at the larger table to be more comfortable. The owner arrived saying, “Eh, but if you sit here where the others sit? You’re two, you should sit at the other table.” We apologized and explained we thought we were the only ones eating and didn’t know there were other guests in the property. He replied, “Eh, well!” We moved without arguing, but we felt the way we were pointed out was not very welcoming. It would have been enough to indicate where to sit at breakfast upon arrival, or put a small sign with guests’ names on each table to avoid confusion, or simply ask politely to move. Moreover, the people who came later were also two, just like us. Finally, we did not appreciate the departure management. On Booking the check‑out was listed as before 11:00, but when we asked for confirmation we were told “no, even before 11 because other guests need to arrive.” We didn’t argue and prepared to leave early. At 10:50 we left to return the keys, but no one was there. We rang the bell repeatedly and knocked, waiting about ten minutes without anyone appearing. In the end we were forced to climb back, leave the key in the room, and leave without even being able to say goodbye to the owners.

A corner of peace and authenticity in the Bergamasque valleys… Easily accessible with ample private parking! Excellent property with breakfast, excellent cleaning, and super hospitality. Nothing else.
