The staff and the location were great. I had nothing to complain about.

The staff were extremely accommodating. The wellness area felt very inviting and I could relax there.

The hotel was clean and pleasant. Both breakfast and dinner were tasty and enjoyable. What I liked most was the friendly and welcoming staff, especially the Ukrainian waitress who was very professional and kind. Overall I had no major negatives. One small suggestion would be to offer towel service and drink options by the poolside to make the experience even better.
