The room was very large and very quiet. The check‑in staff was slow and rude, which made us feel uneasy straight away. The curtains were blackout but let light in around the sides so they did not really work. Given the price paid for a 12‑hour booking we were disappointed with our stay.

A great way to break a long layover with an in‑transit hotel. Quiet, clean and comfortable. A meal voucher was also provided. It is a bit on the expensive side.

Convenient location, much better than camping out in the airport. The check‑in process was slow. The mattress was too firm.

Easy to find, clean and efficient. The meal selection was limited, and when I checked in at 5.15 pm I was still only given until 11.00 pm, not 11.15 pm.

The property was clean and we made a mistake and went to terminal 3 instead of 2 But they were very good to accommodate us at that hotel. I didn’t like it cause they gave us 2 single beds we specifically asked on our booking for a double bed
